Applying the Fundamentals of Project Management

Applying the Fundamentals of Project Management is an enhanced version of the Introduction to Project Management: Project Movie course, with additional features you can use to prepare for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)^® certificate. It is a web-based self-study course based on the PMBOK^® Guide - Fourth Edition.

In this course, the student is assigned as the project manager for a 60-minute documentary movie that will showcase the tours, service offerings and capabilities of a travel company. The included workbook follows the fictitious scenario and challenges you to make decisions on the project's plan and outcome, giving you a unique opportunity to apply real-world knowledge. The course also features a 160-question assessment that mimics the CAPM Exam.
