Online PMP® Guaranteed Pass TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates should ensure that they follow all the tips and traps given by our faculties during the Webinar Session interactions and should have taken a minimum 7 – 10 mock tests from the online mock exam before the 1st attempt of the PMP® exam (Screen shot of results page recommended).

2. First attempt of the PMP® exam should be made within 3 Calendar Months (90 days) from the date of joining the course. Failing to clear the first attempt of PMP® exam within 90 days devoids the reimbursement scheme irrespective of any break in the course completion. (Please note that IIPM guarantees pass in the first attempt is based only on its vast experience and the merits of training offered and not through any other means.)

3. In case a candidate under this scheme “Guaranteed Pass” is unsuccessful in the first attempt, IIPM's guarantee / liability is limited to

i. One time Reimbursement of second attempt PMP® exam fee of US $ 275 or equivalent.

ii. Post training support will be provided through E-mail, telephone, Yahoo group(‘IIPMPMPCERT’) membership until pass.

iii. No other fee or support is provided as a part of this scheme.

PMP® EXAM FEE: IIPM strongly recommends you to become individual member of PMI®-USA before paying the PMP® Exam fees as there is a $150 discount available on Exam fee for PMI members. The exam fee is US$ 405 for PMI® members and US$ 555 for Non-Members. The membership fee is appx. US$130/year. The Membership fee and Exam fee has to be paid extra directly to PMI®, USA. The Online Course Structure

PMP® Exam Prep Course Programs are scheduled around the world at convenient locations.  This
 35-hour contact education course can be taken either on

  • The Introduction provides key fundamentals of project management. You'll discover the basic facts of Project Management and its successful implementation, organizational structures, the project sponsor, the life cycle phases, the main skills and expectations of Project Managers.
     
  • Project Scope Management lays the foundation of how to systematically identify the key deliverables of the project.
     
  • Project Time (Schedule) Management takes the deliverables identified in the scope definition process breaks them down further if needed and then develops the project schedule.
     
  • Project Human Resources Management addresses the essential staffing issues for the project.
     
  • Project Cost Management covers the cost control methodology. Project Risk Management is a critical area, which identifies the risks, analyses them and plans ways to handle them.
     
  • Project Quality Management ensures there is a plan for managing, assuring and controlling the project's quality.
     
  • Project Procurement (Contract) Management covers the essentials of procurement decisions and contract administration principles.
     
  • Project Communications Management helps participants understand team communications issues and how to build consensus among various project groups.
     
  • Project Risk Management is a critical area, which identifies the risks, analyses them and plans ways to handle them.
     
  • Project Integration Management includes the processes and activities needed to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities within the project management process groups.
     
  • Project Stakeholder Management helps participants understand team communications issues and how to build consensus among various project groups.
The last portion of the Program is dedicated to answering participants' questions and giving a final 1-hour or 100 questions based mock test / sample exam that integrates all modules without separating knowledge areas.
