Arivazhagan was interviewed recently by Mr D.Murali, Dy.Editor, The Business Line (The Hindu's Business paper wing) for his views on various topics, like Project Management, starting IIPM, Movie making, etc. He founded IIPM in the year 2001, with the aim to satisfy the thirst for Project Management among Project Managers. During his tenure abroad, he said that he had managed a lot of capital gain projects, he became a Project Management Professional from PMI-USA and implemented the concepts in his projects.
       He cited examples on how he implemented project Management concepts in various projects. After 7 years of large scale experience in various projects across the globe, within 10 Months he had shifted base to chennai and had decided to start a Project Management Training Institute, what gave him his paradigm shift was a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki which gave an insight into practical exposure.
