Management Development Program (MDP)
Certificate Course for CXOs

The Program includes essentials of all 9 knowledge areas of the New Project Management Body of Knowledge 4th Edition (PMBOK® Guide) and practical examples from the field to help the CXOs / Sr.Management to establish best project management practices within their organization and monitor and control middle management / lower management effectively. This project management training will challenge your current beliefs, management style / thinking and introduce you to new management concepts to provide you with the essential principles of project management in any industry and the overall organization as well.

Mr. O. Arivazhagan, B.E (Honors), PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, CSSBB, CFM (HFI, USA)


Mr. O. Arivazhagan, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) , a certified Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP
SM), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) from PMI®, USA, a Black Belt in Six Sigma (SSBB), and a Honors graduate in Civil Engineering from University of Madras has, in total, 23 years of cumulative professional experience in Domestic & International EPC/Turnkey Projects, Software projects, and in conducting Project Management Training programs. He has successfully organized & conducted more than 25,000 person-hours of training(http://www.iipmchennai.com/feedback1.html) in project management around the globe and is a frequent speaker on project management in various corporate, forums/conferences around the world (http://www.iipmchennai.com/Archive.html). He has Managed, Estimated, Designed, Planned, Tendered, Coordinated, Executed projects in various capacities and has handled projects in Industrial, Power sector/ Software fields worth more than US$ 100 million in countries including India, Saudi Arabia and UAE. He has developed/managed software projects for the automation of Industrial structures, Foundation design, Preprocessors for Tower Analysis, CAD fabrication drawings in Auto LISP/VBA/ BASIC. He has managed and implemented large ERP projects for construction project companies. He was General Manager of a large contracting company in the middle-east. He is an active member of PMI®, USA.

  He was on the Board of Directors of PMI's DPC-SIG in the capacity of Vice Chair: Marketing for the period of 2001 to 2004. Also
Mr. Arivazhagan is one the leaders in the DPC Leaders' group.
He has delivered several lectures/training programs on Project Management in India, Middle-East, and Asia-pacific & USA. He is an active user of MS Project 2003. He enjoys teaching/training/consulting and his areas of interests/ specializations are Construction Project Management, Software Project Management & Event/Movie Projects Management.

  Mr. Arivazhagan is a certified film maker/director from Hollywood Film Institute, Los Angeles, USA. His vision is to introduce project management principles and techniques in Movie projects to manage movie projects" on time and within budget”
