5S Workshop

It is no secret that the execution of Lean is 20% technical and 80% social. At present, many companies have a firm understanding of the technical side, but fall short of their development goals because they can’t make the essential changes on the social side.

As a result, gains are short term and aren’t constant and the program loses thrust and eventually support. Note: the activities may vary from day to day other than what is described within the syllabus.
